Yes, general access is completely free - no credit card necessary. That said, the majority of the benefits live inside the Insider Pass ($77) and the VIP Swag Bag ($147). If you want the full experience - the replays, the resource vault, the after-hours sessions, and everything else that comes with it - we encourage you to explore those options. The free seat gets you in the door. The paid tiers take you deeper.
IMMVC 2027 takes place May 5-7, 2027. It is fully virtual. Once you register, you will receive access details and everything you need to join from wherever you are in the world.
General Access is free and includes all live sessions, Q&A, the conference workbook, and community access. The Insider Pass ($77) adds the Mental Wellness Checklist, after-hours evening sessions, 14-day 2026 replay access, and one featured vault resource. The VIP Swag Bag ($147) is the full experience — everything in the Insider Pass plus the complete replay library, the full Resource Vault, exclusive speaker gifts, priority Q&A, and a surprise swag bag.
VIP Swag Bag holders receive year-long access to the full 2026 replay library, plus archives from the 2022 and 2025 conferences. Insider Pass holders get 14-day access to 2026 replays. General access attendees experience the sessions live only.

The majority of the sessions are pre-recorded so you can watch them on your own schedule throughout the conference weekend. Some sessions are live, and those will be clearly marked in the conference schedule so you know when to show up in real time.
VIP Swag Bag holders receive year-long replay access and will be sent portal login details once the conference goes live. Insider Pass holders receive 14-day access to 2026 replays through the same portal. General access attendees experience sessions during the conference window only.
Speakers will have access to your email address unless you opt out of being contacted. You will have the opportunity to indicate your preference during the registration process.
